Retail orders over $100* are shipped free of charge for the contiguous U.S. only. International orders will pay standard shipping rates.

International orders must be placed by calling 212.304.2887.  Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information.  Customer service is available for phone orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  To return or exchange your purchase, please email us at info@omaroma.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  We are unable to refund the freight charges, and we cannot accept any products after that period.
